 Jon Klubnik has asked my to provide a brief description of my experience working with Tandem Training. Jon has gone out of his way to help me out a number of times with technical and qualitative support, so naturally I am happy to oblige. I met Jon at a mortgage industry event with the Duncan Group in April of this year. Impressed with his demonstration of his “High Trust for ACT!” database, I invited Jon to visit our offices in Chicago to help jump start the implementation of our ACT! database. Smith Rothchild is an atypical lending company. We lend money for the purchase and rehabilitation of distressed investment property. We broker, underwrite and service the loans all in house. This combination of services and activities makes for a complicated contact management picture. Jon was able to provide expert advice on the dynamics of act software (from both a technical and user experience standpoint) that enabled us to design our CRM program in an efficient and client-centric way. With out Jon’s insights I would still be gnashing away at how to resolve these problems. The primary purpose of his two-day trip was not strategic support however. It was basic training for our sales force. With support from Tandem’s home office Jon delivered comprehensive and easily understandable tutorial on ACT! Software that launched what is now a very valuable CRM package. Everyone here felt they had a strong understanding of how to use the software from Jon’s training course, and had nothing but nice things to say about Jon. I agree with our staff, Jon was a pleasure to work with. He made what could have been a torturous two-day lecture into a valuable and exciting tutorial. Tandem continues to provide administrative support to my periodically and am grateful to have Jon’s expert support to fall back when I need it. |
